Minimum stay 7 nights, daily arrival possible. Our holiday apartment can only be booked on request - no online booking is currently possible. In the case of a fixed reservation, we ask for a deposit free of charges. The amount of the deposit corresponds to 40% of the booking amount and is due on the day of booking. We will send further information in the respective booking confirmation.
Cancellations are only valid in writing and must be reconfirmed by the hotel. The conditions of the Austrian and international hotel regulations apply.
Up to 14 days before arrival free of charge.
From 14 days to 2 days before arrival 90%.
From 1 day before arrival,
in case of no-show or early departure 100% of the booking amount.
The entire holiday will be charged without any deductions. There are no refunds for unused services. The right of withdrawal according to §18, paragraph 1Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply to us. In your interest, we ask you to take out travel cancellation insurance (European travel cancellation insurance) to avoid additional cancellation costs.
The apartment is ready for occupancy by 3:00 p.m. at the latest. You can check in and collect your guest card beforehand. The use of our SPA area is valid on the day of arrival from "room occupancy" and on the day of departure until check out (by 10 a.m.).
Our reception is open from Monday-Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m and Sundays until 6 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know. Gladly by phone or email.
Room release (check-out) on the day of departure is 10:00 a.m. Depending on availability, a late check-out is also possible. (for a fee)
Please note: The use of our SPA area is valid on the day of arrival from moving into the room and on the day of departure until check out (room release until 10.00 a.m.).

We can recommend the ATOLL leisure facility in Maurach. We are a partner hotel and with the guest card you get a 10% discount on the entrance fee.
You are welcome to pay in CASH, with an EC card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Dog fee (without food) € 15 per day. Please bring your own dog blanket, dog basket and feeding bowl. We reserve the right to charge for final room cleaning if required. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or in the SPA area.
